Academic sculptor Vojtech Farkaš is dedicated to the creation of free sculpture. When creating works, he emerges from his thought form into a three-dimensional space. In his work, he likes to use the material and expressive contrast of bronze and stone, but also wood, epoxy and other materials.
The sculptural work of Vojtech Farkaš in the atrium of the National Bank of Slovakia evokes in the observer ideas about the contemporary world evoking endless distances, mysterious animals and the charm of the female figure. Part of the exhibition of sculptural works are plastic paintings, which are interesting collages assembled from computer processors and various other components. In his latest work, the author addresses the current topic of the influence of modern technologies on the individual.
