The Most Delicious Book Festival

From 5 to 8 November, Tržnica Nivy will host a four-day festival celebrating books, reading and literature. More than 20 publishers will present their titles, offering visitors the chance to discover new books, meet authors and enjoy a varied programme for all ages.
The festival will feature two stages with author talks, book discussions, readings and book launches. Visitors can also enjoy a dedicated reading area by Martinus, board games and interactive activities organised by ALBI.
The programme includes a pop-up tea room by TEA BAR, as well as Beijaflor café serving Portuguese pastries – perfect for a break between literary discoveries.
The programme includes:
- Book presentations and discussions with Slovak authors
- Readings and activities for children
- Book launches and meetings with writers
- A literary quiz organised by Martinus
- Interactive activities and board games by ALBI
- A relaxed reading area and refreshments
The festival brings together a wide range of publishers, including Martinus, Albatros Media, Artforum, IKAR, Slovart, Tatran, Perfekt and many others.
The event takes place from Thursday to Sunday, 5–8 November, daily from 10:00 to 19:00. The programme is subject to change.
