World Circus Day Festival 2025

A weekend full of circus performances, workshops and a programme for children and adults.

CirKusKus, Kamel Klub and Slovak Artists’ Community invite to the 13th edition of the festival World Circus Day 2025. There will be a rich programme full of performances and workshops, where visitors will be able to try out various circus disciplines.

Venues:

• Thursday 10. 4. Colliding stories, 19:00 Nová Cvernovka – Gym, PLAST, Račianska 78

A performance in which Silvia Grachová and Yann Szuter combine dance, cyrwheel and aerial hoop in the form of a story of their meeting. Participants of the CirKusKus Lab project are also part of the performance.

• Friday 11. 4. Galashow, 18:00 Culture Centre Karlova Ves

On Friday evening the festival will move to Karlova Ves. On the stage of the Karlova Ves Centre of Culture you will see circus performers from Slovakia and abroad with their circus masterpieces. On stage you will see:

2. Klaus Frey – a Balance thing
3. Gaffa Galika – Instagremlin
4. Petr Biel – Rébrik
5. Adrian Ohradka – Klaunsku olympiáda
6. Helli Škovierová a Zoé Guicquero – Silk Duo
7. Anna Weszelovszky – Ann-xiety

• Saturday-Sunday 12 – 13 April Workshops, Lamač Sports Hall
