World Circus Day Festival 2026

A weekend full of circus performances, workshops, and programs for children and adults.

CirKusKus cordially invites you to the 14th annual World Circus Day festival.

Venues:

• 10.4. Friday – Karloveské centrum kultúry, Molecova 2
• 11.4. Saturday – Športová hala Lamač, Na barine 15A
• 12.4. Sunday – Športová hala Lamač, Na barine 15A

The festival kicks off with a gala show on Friday. The Karloveské Cultural Center will host performances by CirKusKus students and artists from various circus disciplines from Slovakia and abroad. This year’s lineup also includes Srikanta Barefoot, a former soloist with Cirque du Soleil.

The workshops are open to experienced circus performers as well as those who are just getting acquainted with the circus. You can choose a workshop according to your level and experience. This year’s workshops include Srikanta’s dance and juggling workshops, cyrwheel, aerial acrobatics and hairhanging led by Sheila Decloedt, juggling, theater workshops, breakdancing, and acrobalance.
