HOW TO BOOK A TOUR
The tour must be booked at least 3 business days in advance. If you are interested in a tour, please contact us by phone or email using the contacts below. We only accept binding orders in writing (email is also sufficient).
In your order, please specify:
- type of tour
- date and time of the tour
- required language of the tour
- meeting place
- number of people in the group
- method of payment – invoice or payment at the TIC in cash or by card
- name and phone number of the group’s contact person
Cancellation conditions
- within 24 hours before the start of the event – 50% of the total tour price
- on the day of the event – 100% of the total tour price
- ordered transport – according to the valid cancellation conditions of our suppliers
