The Propeler Ship Line Is Back

Since the start of July, the Old Town and Petržalka have been connected by the Propeler line. The line builds on the past concept of transportation when residents sailed from one riverbank to another to enjoy attractions, restaurants and funfair. Tourists, as well as the locals, can use this unconventional form of transport instead of regular public transport or a car and experience something unconventional.

Cruises are available during the summer months of July and August on Saturdays and Sundays.

Schedule: The line runs from the Old Town – the Rázus embankment to Petržalka at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM and from Petržalka – the Danube Brewery on Tyrš embankment at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

Price: The price of one-way ticket for an adult is 1 €, children, seniors and disabled pay 0 €. Tickets can be purchased on site or in advance at Rázus embankment in Twin City Gate/HUMA 6 Pontoon.

In case of bad weather, the line will not run.
