Umbrella Street in Bratislava

Nedbalka once again brought something nice to the streets of Bratislava.

Come and take a great photo on Umbrella Street and visit the beautiful Nedbalka Gallery.

This year, Umbrella Street, directed by the Nedbalka Gallery, is inspired by the work of Ľudovít Fulla – Design of a Mosaic for the EXPO in Montreal (1967). The work is included in the permanent exhibition and will also be exhibited at the upcoming exhibition Ľudovít Fulla, which unfortunately was postponed to the next year due to the situation with the pandemic.

Umbrella Street first appeared in the Portuguese city of Águeda on the occasion of the Ágitagueda Festival. The color phenomenon later appeared in Romania, Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Korea, Croatia, Italy and elsewhere in the world.

Visitors to Bratislava will be able to see the installation of Umbrella Street throughout the summer until 30 September 2020.
