Two days of innovations under the motto ‘from Dubai to Danube’
The exhibits from the Expo World’s Fair, which took place in the United Arab Emirates at the end of last year and at the beginning of this year, will be moved for two days to the Bratislava Danube embankment.
This place will belong to innovation and the most modern solutions for our lives at the beginning of September. The two-day festival of innovations from Slovakia and from Expo Dubai will enrich the 20-year tradition of the largest technology conferences in Slovakia on digitization, modern technologies and innovation. Its first edition will combine the best exhibits from Expo Dubai with presentation space, discussions and attractive activities for professional and laic public. And it’s all free.
A lot of discussions with interesting speakers, but also attractive activities not only for those who live with technological innovations and unconventional ideas are waiting for you here. Do not miss the unique opportunity to find yourself in the company of Dubai exhibits in one place and experience the atmosphere of innovation in a domestic environment.
The attractions of the festival will include the best Slovak innovations and exhibits directly from the Slovak pavilion from the World’s Fair. You can look forward to hydrogen car, hydrogen bus, virtual reality simulators, Nisus whirlpool, Androver robot, futuristic work of the 8th continent and many more.
The exhibition part will offer Slovak news from the field of modern technologies, as well as exhibits from the Slovak pavilion at World Expo in Dubai. The presentation and discussion section will bring the best Slovak innovators, creators of exhibits, discussions with representatives of institutions, companies or municipalities, as well as the premiere of the latest film Amazing Planet by Filip Kulišev.
There are countless topics which will dominate the inaugural edition of this festival of innovations at the waterfront by the Eurovea complex. From innovation and technological novelties in a sustainable world, to the hydrogen revolution, eco-innovation, the transition to a low-carbon economy, digitisation in practice, the generation of the future, start-up assistance, to innovation for health and healthcare technologies. It will offer visitors a truly broad-spectrum view of innovations, digitisation and technologies, which are a normal and slowly inseparable part of our daily lives and our functioning.
The aim of the festival is to make the innovative face of Slovakia accessible to the public in cooperation with progressive institutions and modern companies. Innovations in the field of modern technologies, digitization and innovative concepts that create a successful and at the same time economically and environmentally sustainable Slovakia will be presented. One of the objectives of the festival is to significantly increase public interest in the integration of technological innovations and innovative solutions into everyday life.
