State Advertising
Allocation of public funds for media services and state advertising
The Bratislava Tourist Board, as a regional tourism organization and a public entity under applicable legislation in accordance with Article 25 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1083 and Act No. 264/2022 Coll. on Media Services, is required pursuant to Section 103a(4)(a) of Act No. 264/2022 Coll. on Media Services to publish in advance information on the intention to order or place state advertising. This includes transparent, objective, proportionate, and non-discriminatory criteria for selecting the media service or online platform where the state advertising will be published, as well as for selecting the provider of the media service or online platform.
